We started Tres Hermanos Burgers because we missed real burgers — the kind that get smashed on a screaming-hot plancha, that get a crust, that taste like fire. Every smashburger is built to order with fresh beef, daily-baked brioche, and nothing else. No shortcuts. No frozen patties.
